Can I pick up my order locally instead of having it shipped?
Yes, we offer local pickup for our customers. You can collect your order from our location at Damac Hills, Brookfield 1, Villa 51. Please select the 'Local Pickup' option at checkout and contact us to arrange a suitable pickup time. Ensure you bring your order confirmation and a valid ID for verification.

How long does domestic shipping take in the UAE?
In Dubai, orders are delivered within one business day. For other Emirates, please allow approximately two to three business days for delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to several countries including India, Australia, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, and Singapore, with delivery times typically ranging from three to four business days.
What are the shipping charges for international orders?
Shipping charges for international orders vary based on destination and will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept various payment methods including Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, and Cash on Delivery (additional service charge of AED 30 applies for COD).
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order's progress.
Returns
What is the return policy?
You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, please contact us at Info@ashitafernandes.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
How will I receive my refund?
Once your return is accepted and the item has been inspected, we will inform you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Who covers the shipping costs for returns?
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
