Return Eligibility

✔ The original tags are intact and not removed.

✔ The item is not damaged or altered in any way.

Refund Policy

  • If the return meets the above conditions, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that are damaged, worn, or without tags will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Sale items or custom-made pieces may not be eligible for return (unless defective).

Return Process

  2. Our team will arrange for pickup or guide you through the return process.
  3. Once received, we will inspect the item and process the refund if eligible.
