✔ The original tags are intact and not removed.
✔ The item is not damaged or altered in any way.
Refund Policy
- If the return meets the above conditions, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that are damaged, worn, or without tags will not be eligible for a refund.
- Sale items or custom-made pieces may not be eligible for return (unless defective).
Return Process

- Our team will arrange for pickup or guide you through the return process.
- Once received, we will inspect the item and process the refund if eligible.
