For delivery within Dubai, you can expect your order within 1-3 business days, while deliveries to other Emirates take approximately 2-5 business days. Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, unworn, and have their original tags intact. Any damaged, altered, or worn items, as well as sale or custom-made products (unless defective), are non-returnable.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after inspection. To initiate a return, simply contact sales@ashitafernandes.com, and our team will either arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued accordingly.
